For contractors & installers
Grow your business with Waybe
Join our network of home-improvement pros. Homeowners come to Waybe to plan and price their projects; you receive the ones that match your trades and service area, and run them from the Waybe service portal.
Why installers work with us
Project requests from homeowners
Homeowners in your service area choose you for their project. Each request lands in your portal, and you decide whether to accept or decline it.
Scope up front
Before you accept, you see the project type, service area, the estimate range the homeowner was shown, the project steps and the customer's own notes.
Your rates, per measured unit
You set your own rate for each labour type. The unit is fixed by the measurement, so pricing stays consistent from job to job.
Protected payments
Homeowner payments are held in a separate escrow account and released according to the homeowner's order once the work is delivered and accepted.
See section 4 of our TermsMessage homeowners in the app
Each project has a real-time chat with the homeowner, delivered to their web and mobile apps, so questions get answered without phone tag.
Scheduling around your off-days
Block off vacations and holidays on your calendar, and those dates can't be booked for your jobs.
Work where you want
Name the areas you cover and draw your reach on a map, then pick the services and catalog products you handle.
English or Spanish
The service portal works in both English and Spanish — switch any time.
How onboarding works
After you sign up, a guided setup walks you through your profile. Your progress is saved as you go, and only the first two steps are required to get started — you can come back to the rest from your dashboard checklist.
